The Total Package
You'll get guidance with the entire wedding planning process. You get assistance with securing vendors and contracts, plus everything you need to make your day a dream come true. This package comes with 150 hours of planning and coordinating, plus 10 hours on the day of event. TekaBellas' will coordinate and negotiate all vendor contracts and everything needed from the beginning to the very end of your special day. The Partial Package
Starting at $1200

This package is great! With this package we will go over all the fine details of your budget, theme, layout and schedules. We will refer you to vendors and venues. You'll get up to 40 hours of planning and coordinating, 5 vendor/venue meetings, 7 TekaBella office meeting and 20 hours of phone calls, text and emails. Assistance with rehearsal ceremony for an hour and a half will be given as well as 10 hours on the day of event.
The Day Of
Starting at $700
This package is perfect for the bride who has it all planned out but just needs the assistance during the "Day Of" to make sure that everything runs smoothly. With this package, you'll receive one vendor walk through, 5 hours of phone calls, text and emails. Coordination of vendors and schedules. Coordinator will be present during the entire time of event.

Consultation
If you are actively seeking a planner and would like to begin the process, let's start planning! The initial consultation is $50 for 60 minute session. During this time you can, in great detail discuss things like, your vision, layout, and theme of your wedding or event. In return, we will give advice based on the relationships that we have with vendors as well as our experience with planning. If you then decide that TekaBella is the planner for you, you will be given a customized quote for the services. When you decide on hiring TekaBella's as your planner, the $100 fee will be added to your final payment at the end of your event.
Consultations are by appointment only.
Package prices are a flat fee dependent upon many different factors such as the guest list, bridal party size, and location of the wedding. The prices listed above are starting rates and can go up dependent upon each individual need. The packages could come with more than is listed. More information will be given during your consultation.
